Who we are

I believe that physical exercise can make huge changes in peoples lives. While there are obvious physical health benefits, I think the mental benefits are often very much overlooked, underestimated and not talked about enough in the fitness industry. You really can change your life with training.

It was only when I first started to venture into coaching other people that I found my real passion in helping others feel that same feeling I felt for the first time when I started my strength journey.

The world we live in today with access to information at our fingertips can become overwhelming and put people off making the first steps in their own strength journey.

My goal is to make training simple and effective so that it is accessible to anyone, regardless of your level of experience, all you need is access to a gym and you’re away!

1-1 Coaching means you don’t have to worry about: What exercises do I do? How many sets? How many reps? Should I go heavier? What are accessories?

Every plan is custom for you and every client we coach gets the full support of knowledge and experience any time of the day!!
